Seltos S or LX?
Both use the 147-hp 2.0L four with an Intelligent Variable Transmission, offer all-wheel drive, have the same EPA estimates and share the 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Smart Cruise Control 2 and front and rear parking sensors. For $1,400 more in starting MSRP ($26,390 vs. $24,990), Kia's 2027 specs give the S 18-inch machined alloy wheels in place of 16s, a 12-way power driver's seat with 4-way power lumbar in place of a 6-way manual seat, a wireless phone charger, standard heated side mirrors, auto-extending door handles, a gloss black grille, window surrounds and side mirrors, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist and Safe Exit Warning.

What the S adds over the LX
18-inch wheels
18-inch alloy wheels with a machined finish on 215/55R18 tires; the LX has 16-inch alloys on 205/65R16 tires. A temporary spare tire is available on both.
Power driver's seat
A 12-way power driver's seat with 4-way power lumbar adjustment, where the LX has a 6-way manual driver's seat. Heated front seats are available on both.
Wireless charging
A wireless phone charger, which the LX does not offer.
Exterior
A gloss black front grille, gloss black window surrounds, gloss black side mirrors and auto-extending exterior door handles. Heated side mirrors are standard on the S and optional on the LX.
Driver assistance
Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist and Safe Exit Warning, none of which is offered on the LX.
Rear seat
2-way rear seat headrests and a passenger-side seatback pocket.

Kia's 2027 specs list eight exterior choices for the Seltos S: Aurora Black Pearl, Interstellar Gray, Snow White Pearl, Pale Gray, Ivory Silver, Frost Blue, Iceberg Green and Frost Blue with a black roof. The interior is Saturn Black and Gray woven cloth.
Snow White Pearl, Pale Gray and the two-tone Frost Blue cost extra. Ask us about ordering a color you do not see in our inventory.
